      Hello,

      Thank you for your e-mail, I am sorry to hear that you have experienced a fault with your order. Please follow the returns instructions on your dispatch note or in our help section online :-

      When you return your order please include a covering letter detailing exactly what happened to discover the fault, and whether you wish to receive a refund or a replacement for the same item (unfortunately we cannot process an exchange for a different item).  You will need to include information like your order number or receipt number in order for the returns department to find your details on our system.
      Once we receive the package we will inspect the product and if we deem there is a fault of manufacture we will issue you with your requested replacement or refund. Please note that some refunds may be issued in the form of a credit note depending on factors such as level of use and/or age of the order. We don't have a free returns service but if you could send us a copy of the return postage receipt by email, once the item is deemed faulty then we will be able to reimburse this to you.
      We recommend you post your parcel on a tracked service with recorded delivery, as you are liable for the parcel until it is in our hands. If there is a problem with the item en route back to us then you must chase this with the courier you have chosen.

      Please choose a suitable returns service that is closest to the average return costs below as we will not be able to refund any cost higher than what is shown:
      Returning from the UK/Ireland -- £10 maximum

      Returning from inside the EU -- £10 - £20 /
