    在pds美国站买鞋遇到问题

      说我的付款信息有问题,发到转运公司的货半途又折回去了,让我提供信用卡信息,包括名字,但是我发到转运公司,名字显然不一样啊,不知道大家遇到过这个情况没有,该怎么处理

      This means that we must apply some extra security checks for on your order to ensure that it is authentic, both for our protection and the protection of our customers.
        
      Please see the attached links for how to proceed, depending on what payment method you are using. We take credit card security very seriously and must exert caution when accepting orders from an area in which we have received multiple issues from in the past...

      We want to accept your order and send you the items, but we must confirm your details first.  
      Please could you send us:  
      An image of your address as it appears on the letters your bank sends you.  
      The logo of your bank.  
      The last 4 digits of the card you are using (this can be in the same image of the address, or as a picture of your card).  
      If you send us a picture of your card, please ensure that only the last 4 digits of the card number and your name are showing, please cover up the rest of the card number for your own security.

      If your account allows you to edit/update your address as & when you want, we would require an image of your address as it appears on a utility letter (anything sent to you from your gas/electricity/TV/internet provider).  
      An image of the credit/debit card you are using (cover all apart from the last 4 digits of the card number and your name).  
        
      还有两个附件是paypal和银行的,我根本没有其账户
